Return & Exchange Policy
At ICYQUEEN WORLD, we want you to love your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note, we do not refund shipping and handling charges, only the actual price of the item(s) you are returning.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns of apparel that has been washed or worn. When trying the apparel make sure you are not wearing heavy perfume. The acceptance of any returned item will be at our discretion.
